UGSPARC0 : Email mailing-list Blocking

On 30 January 2006, ECE staff installed a mail filter (milter-regex) on our mail servers to prevent outsiders from sending e-mail to our local mailing-lists. Here are some interesting statistics:

- most caught in one day (since installation): 97
- most caught in one day (last two weeks): 11
- total caught since installation: 17948
- total caught today (since this morning at 4:15): 1
