Digital and Embedded Systems Lab (DESL)

University of Toronto's Digital and Embedded Systems Lab provides students with hands-on experience with building, programming, testing, and debugging processor and FPGA-based systems. For example, systems that students build may incorporate audio, video, various input devices, and LEGO robots. There are 30 workstations with FPGA-based platforms in each of the lab rooms (BA3145, BA3155, and BA3165), for a total of 90. There are also 40 stations available in BA3135 for off-hours course work and design testing as needed.

We highly recommend that all students read the "Remote Access to DESL Computers" .
